On September 11, 2001, American soil was brutally penetrated and destructed by the terrorist group al-Qaeda. The group hijacked four commercial airplanes. Two of the planes crashed into and destroyed both World Trade Towers located in New York City. A third plane hit the Pentagon, near Washington, D.C. The forth and final plane crashed near the town of Shanksville in Pennsylvania. Almost 3,000 people died from this attack.

BCI Checks
If it were up to you, what should be done? What type of background checks should be adopted for pilots?
Don't they already have background checks for pilots? I think there should be biometrics for passengers and pilots, where you have to get a retina scan to board the plane so that your identity is confirmed. The background checks should be done for all crimes that a pilot may have committed.
I think that is a great idea!! However, do you think such an in-depth "Background Check" is a violation of a person's rights? How would this type of check take place? Should the government or other outside agency fund this?
